Hunan Shuanghuan Fiber Molding Machinery Co., Ltd. (SHM) was founded in April 2007 and is located in Xiangtan German Industrial Park, a National High-Tech Industrial Demonstration Zone in Hunan, China.

With nearly 30 years of accumulated expertise in fiber molding technology, SHM has grown into a global supplier of high-quality molded fiber packaging production lines. We specialize in the research, development, and manufacturing of a comprehensive range of pulp molding equipment, including reciprocating forming machines, rotary forming machines, cross-rolling forming machines, and all-in-one integrated forming systems.

Our equipment is widely used for the production of tableware, egg trays, fruit trays, bottle trays, shoe trees, seedling trays, and various industrial protective packaging. In addition to traditional pulp molded packaging, SHM also provides advanced solutions for paper speaker cone manufacturing and foundry casting tubes, demonstrating our strong capability in customized and non-standard fiber molding applications.

In 2014, SHM participated in the formulation of industry standards for pulp molding in China. 

Today, SHM is standing out by 3 series of pulp molding technology. One for the Dry Type, the rotary forming machine is capable of making good quality paper pulp trays with high capacity; another for Wet Type, the thermoforming machine is capable of making paper pulp tablware and high quality industrial packaing. The third one is our all in one pulp molding machine, which is a good way for small batch production or laborary protype. All the pulp molded technologies has been selling well over past decades, known for excellent efficiency, performance and reliability.
